Skin Care- Products for sensitive skin

Today I am talking skin care. I have super sensitive skin and Rosacea which results in having to be super careful when it comes to skin care. After a long day I like to take off all my makeup and refresh my face with these products.

Firstly I use sensitive skin wetwipes from anywhere, as long as they don't have perfumes or any harsh chemicals in them. I then use Simple Moisturising Facial Wash to ensure everything has gone.

The body Shop Aloe Protective Restoring Mask is my favourite face mask, the consistancy is just like a moisturiser so I personally like to lay it on thick on my face rather than a thin layer as it will dry on you face like a moisturiser.

I like to feel pampered so I tend relax and  to leave it on for 5-10 minutes. The Aloe Vera really helps my Rosacea, I am not saying it will work for all as I have come to find that those who have Rosacea can have  different triggers and products which help calm the condition down.

After using the mask I use a flannel to remove the mask, apply Simple Kind to Skin Soothing Facial Toner with cotton pads.

On a night time I like get a cotton pad and Simple's Kind to Skin Hydrating Light Moisturiser to refresh my skin, it is a pretty good way of washing anything left on my face from that day. I then like to use The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-In-Oil which helps with the dry areas of my face, as well as make my skin look and feel refreshed in the morning. I have found that using these products have really helped combat my acne too! win win!

Showing my natural skin has  always been something I was afraid of. The photo below shows the condition of my skin on a really good day, yet I still wouldn't go out without my safety blanket my makeup.

Wearing makeup is not about caring about what people think, to me it is about feeling good about myself and feeling ready for the day. I would like to feel that I could go out and be confident about my skin, These products are helping me get to that stage :)

If you have any suggestions please let me know of any products that work for you, whatever your skin condition.

Until next time xox
